Easy Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
Makes 4 servings
- 1 1/3 cups oats, gluten-free or regular
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 apples
- 1/4 cup pecans
Instructions:
Step 1:In a container with a lid, combine oats, protein powder and milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Step 2:Stir in peanut butter and a pinch of salt. Chop apple; stir in to the oat mixture. Top with pecans and enjoy!
